Cajun chicken pasta
Sauce:
1-1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 cup soft margarine (I use butter)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salsa
Marinade:
Lowry's mesquite marinade
After chicken has marinaded, grill (I use chicken breasts)
Heat sauce to melt all ingredients. Stir often. Serve sauce and grilled chicken (sliced) over linguine noodles.
